Abstract:

This research looks at innovation to improve the passenger experience in terms of ticketing efficiencies, frequent flyer rewards, and passenger compensation and to maximize crew flight bookings, maintenance, safety record keeping, the capacity of charter flight, and efficiencies in cargo, customs, and clearing.
