It features a case study on roaming fraud and a timeline of telco blockchain demos like a cross-carrier payment system, intercarrier settlements, and subscription processing. The author applies a framework for use case analysis to data sharing, self-sovereign identity, certificate authorities, border gateway protocols, and service provisioning.
